Brandon is a 5x author and founded Warm Heart Life in 2019. On the day-to-day, he focuses on helping individuals execute on personal, professional, and financial goals. He has been passionate about bringing personal development to his town of Stamford, CT, through events like A to B Con (2022-2025), TEDxStamford (2024), Map Your Way to Financial Freedom (2021), and a combination of both in-person and virtual Speaker Schools throughout North America. After being the youngest voted on Golf Digest's Top 50 Trainers in America List in 2019-20, Brandon decided to shift his focus from fitness to personal development with the intention of growing together with as many people as possible. Through his speaking schools, mentorship programs, comedy shows, and guest speaking engagements, Brandon has completed over 300 speaking gigs!

Eric Monies founded and leads Online Biz Builders as its CEO. While earning a degree in communications, he immersed himself in digital marketing, blockchain, crypto, and foreign currency trading. He launched Online Biz Builders to help business owners grow online via SEO, web design, Facebook ads, and Google ads. He’s also building ventures in blockchain security, crypto trading strategies, and solar energy, while serving in Stamford’s Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals group HYPE.
